New Holstein Family Eye Care has got to be the nicest eye care facility that I've ever had the privilege of going to! It's waiting area is set up so that your time waiting to be seen by the staff is of the utmost comfort! And the staff is always polite and courteous. They truly care about their clients!
Incompetent, rude, and totally unprofessional. Went in to purchase Rx sunglasses and stated clearly and repeatedly that was what I wanted. We picked out the tint and placed the order, only to receive clear lenses. We talked and they acknowledged the mistake and said they would make it right. Fast forward one week, received a call stating the glasses were ready, but I would be responsible for the cost of the tint upgrade, going back on their word. Said it was my fault! I told them to cancel the order but they refused and would not credit my insurance. Agent was rude and condescending. Go ANYWHERE else! It’s amazing these people can stay in business.
So glad Dr Roers is back. I have always had a very good experience here! Everyone in the office is great. Looking forward to getting my new glasses soon too!
Just came to pick up glasses, but both the receptionist and glass technician were absolutely delightful.
I had a very positive appointment. Dr Cheryl is very nice and explains everything, sometimes even with pictures or images on computer. I would recommend her very highly. My husband is one of her newest patients. Thank you
