Dr Nina Wang and staff were amazing. This was my first time in 45 years getting my eyes checked and I’m so happy I was referred to this team. Dr Wang really made me feel like I was getting the best care and advice for my situation. I fully trust this team. Also the fish tank is beautiful!

Lovely bright office with plenty of seating. Office staff were friendly & helped me as soon as I walked in. The opticians assistant was also very nice and performed the preliminary tests confidently, which put me at ease. Dr. Tran was great. He explained everything very thoroughly. He also explained the benefits (and disadvantages) of one thing over another. He has a laidback demeanor which made me comfortable.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tran and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. They made the check in process smooth and stress free, which really set the tone for the visit. Dr. Tran took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and made me feel confident about my exam. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that my eye health was his top priority. A special shoutout to one of the techs who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find something that looked great and fit comfortably. The office itself was clean, organized, and well run, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his team to anyone looking for top notch eye care. This is exactly how an optometry experience should be!

I went in is a new patient today and had a wonderful experience. From the check in to the exams and consultations, the customer was fantastic. The staff is very thorough and compassionate, and they break down the lens options and pricing so you feel comfortable and well-informed. I’m glad that my referred me this office and that I made the switch to New Optix!

I've been going New Optix Optometry for at six years! It's because it's a great office, with a great staff and great Optometrist Dr. Amanda Thai. She is a really good at what she does. Which is to get me to the best vision that I need in my everyday life. whether it be working long hours on the computer or recreating outdoors. She gets my vision to that "sweet-spot" ! Which is very important to me. I am comfortable with her professionalism and with her wonderful staff, who are more than helpful in assisting me in choosing what contact lenses or classes that I may need! Great people! Great Place! And don't forget to ask to see Olive... she's a SUPER assistant!!
