I actually had a wonderful time with the professionals in the exam department. I was there for an hour and a half and me and my baby had a great experience. But when I got around to waiting for the guy who does the glasses, Danny Buckman had me waiting for about an hour and 30 minutes while he was chatting up this lady for the entire time. Dude wasn't even thinking about wrapping up the conversation with her, talking about anything but eyeglasses. And then finally when bro finished flirting with the lady, I finally got my turn, I give him my prescription, he takes it in to the computer he does what he does, I go and find some glasses that are cheap enough for my budget and instead of finishing up with me and placing my order, he helps another lady who just walked in the door! Mind you I've been here for about a total of 3 hours! I don't know what kind of fixes you can make here, but I won't be getting my glasses from this location.

Well, won’t be returning here anytime soon my daughter has been going here since she was a baby and seeing Dr. Balkan. every time that I have gone to this office, their staff is completely unprofessional and rude. It’s literally impossible to get them on the phone to make an appointment and when you do get them on the phone, they’re extremely rude to you. Had a reschedule appointment today from my previous appointment because of an insurance issue on their end wasn’t even on my end and then when I got it fixed redid the appointment confirmed all five appointment reminders that they love to send to you over again and every five times they sent it. I confirm she would be there not once anyone call me to say that I needed to put insurance on filed when I showed up for the appointment. I get told that my appointment was canceled due to no insurance and they will not see my daughter today after I done confirmed all the appointments they sent 5 days in a row before the appointment and never got a call or text saying that it was canceled for any reasons. got no help at all at the end of the situation and get told sorry we can’t do nothing for you bye. You should have called like it’s my job What I’m trying to understand is why would the appointment get canceled after being confirmed over five times? I didn’t know that’s there’s a policy that appointments get canceled with no insurance. What if I wanted to pay cash for the appointment and not use insurance? Please make this make sense. Every time I’ve talked about this office everyone tells me the same thing love the doctors, but the staff is absolutely horrible Everything about this place was just extremely unprofessional ridiculous, and definitely will not be returning here anymore. Just really sucks because my daughter really loved Dr. Balkan Though don’t know how to feel about him as he stood in the back watching the whole thing and didn’t want to try to help literally, no one tried to help whatsoever But I guess that’s our world nowadays no one cares about anyone and no one helps anyone anymore

I am new to the area. My husband and I moved here from Colorado. We have been trying to find doctors. I needed an eye doctor because I must put prescription eye drops in my eyes twice daily. I made an appointment with this clinic by phone. I was sent a text reminding me of my appointment. I showed up, filled out paperwork, and gave my insurance cards. I could hear the receptionists talking about me In their office space. One said she doesn’t have Medicare. I was called to the window and asked if I had canceled my appointment. I did not. They said it was canceled after I had sat there for 20-30 minutes. This is not a great welcome to this area! So sad! They were not friendly as well.! I will be seeking another clinic.

Please save yourself of the trouble going to this place! My husband and I went in for an appt and I thought our prescriptions were mixed up, I called to ask questions and verify on a Friday afternoon and that person was supposed to give me a return back Monday morning but she never did. So I called back to verify if she had the information, I spoke with Monica which treated the situation like it was an inconvenience and very poorly manners. She portrayed herself as the manager and when mentioned why she was treating her clients that way, she then proceeded to say she was going to leave the message for the doctor to return the call and so hang up on me. I don’t and won’t recommend this place to anyone else!!!!! If you don’t want to be treated very poorly, please don’t go there

This was the worst experience I ever had with a place, trying to get my glasses. I was given a prescription that was too strong 💪 ! I had to go back and get my glasses and get another exam. Plus parking was not free. Well there is always a first and last time for me. Peace out! From March to May to get it right 🥹😑 sad 😔 bye!!! ✌️
