Alena and Corey were extremely customer friendly! Alena made the process quick and easy for me to pick my new glasses and I am well satisfied with my new specks and their customer service! I definitely recommend New Outlook if you're looking for a New Optical place that welcomes you!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of cute and reasonably priced frames. The staff were all friendly, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date on the status of my order and had an all around great experience!
It's not often me and my three children walk in a place and we are all treated like VIPs. Usually we walk in a place, people see a curious 8 year old and they bear down the hatches...but here we were welcomed and my picky teenager found a pair of glasses he liked and the lady was very patient and even joking with us a bit. My husband recommended this spot and he said everyone was great in here, which was totally true. I hope this place stays around so our family can get our glasses here for years to come! This place reminds me of somewhere I"d go in the Midwest where everyone is welcoming, warm and treats their business like they want to have it for a long while, which is a very rare find here in Las Vegas.
I've been a customer of New Outlook Optical for many years and although I moved from Las Vegas, I continue to do business with this optical store. They not only have a terrific selection of glasses frames, they are knowledgeable about how to fill my specific prescription and adjust the glasses and frames for my face. Great, friendly customer service and a pleasure to do business with them.
On my very first visit was definitely a good first impression of the customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Corey, Robin and Jennifer was pleasant and extremely nice. Jennifer was patient with me while i was indecisive about which frames i wanted. Even though i arrived super early for my appointment i still was only there for about an hour, and i also had took a while deciding on new frames. While i was still looking at frames, there was a disrespectful customer with uncontrolled kids and they handled the situation with utmost poise. Kudos to them and i was glad i made the switch to come here for my eye exam and glasses.
