I have a bad experience with waiting in this place. They need to fix up their template. Prepare to be there all day long. Most of these people have been waiting since 7-9am and its already 1:30pm. They don't care about how long you wait. I don't see the point in overbooking.
This place is amazing, all the nurses treat are the patients with respect and care. One of the nurses named Patricia she’s amazing nurse and treat me & my dad with respect. This place is amazing really is. If you want to check your vision I’ll recommend this place, this place have a good location.
Having an appointment time is useless. My appointment was at 11:30 am, and I arrived at 10:25 am to register. Now it's 2:45 pm and there are still 5-6 people ahead of me who haven't started their surgery yet. Yesterday they said I couldn't eat after 12:00 am, and now more than 14 hours have passed. This is so unprofessional. I could accept the waiting process if it could be completed and I could leave within 1.5-2.5 hours, but now 4 hours have passed and there are still 5-6 patients ahead of me. What a terrible day!
This place is worth the wait! The staff was friendly and professional.Doctor Pettinelli explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions with the help of his assistant Stephanie. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for quality eye care.
I had a wonderful experience here with my cataract surgeries. The nurses and staff treated me like I was a human and not just a number as they take care of many patients at one time. They were not only kind and attentive but very professional. I was very impressed by my experience.
