Professional and polite, overall a very pleasant experience. They very helpful with me understanding how my new insurance would work. I also appreciated the help with picking out frames. And the exam portion was thorough with friendly staff.
My son was having extreme pain in his eye and his old doctor no longer took his insurance. Newport Optical got him in within a day and was able to diagnose and create a plan to help his issue, which fortunately ended up being rather benign, if though painful. Everyone there was kind and helpful, and I am grateful we now have them for eye care!
My first visit to Newport Optical. Super friendly staff, very helpful. On time and professional. I would highly recommend this practice.
Had to be seen for an emergency visit. I called in the morning and within an hour they gave me an appointment for the same day. I also had a follow-up today. The staff are very friendly and honest. They even understand someone who is anxious. I highly recommend. Note - I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and although the exchange rate hurt me, their prices are not that steep.
I love going to Newport Optical the staff and Dr's are very helpful, KInd,friendly and caring. They treat you like family. The atmosphere is very soothing and unstressful. I would recommend this establishment to everyone who needs eye care.
