The PBS this clinic is amazing for the whole family they have pediatric and adults. The front desk representatives are efficiency professionals, and they so kind to I arrived late to do car accident and they managed to make some room for me. Truly grateful for all the help I got from them. I will recommend this clinic to anyone. Extremely thankful they curtesy, place is super clean and organized. Kenneth at the Optical Shop he was not only extremely knowledgeable but the friendliest! They have a wide assortment of frames in all price points...I was so happy with service we will be back soon to get my new glasses.

Had to leave state due to family emergency that has yet to resolve and never got to renew my prescription. Just wanted them to mail it to me like they did in the past, but now they say they cant release my prescription unless i come back. Obviously I cannot do that, and they were not accommodating regarding my situation. I unfortunately can't afford a flight, nor a doctor visit at this time. Not only that, my mother stopped coming here altogether because they kept leaving at her lotted appointment times and rescheduling for weeks. You are better off finding a better doctor who is willing to accommodate and actually cares about your needs. My mother couldnt see and they didnt even bother sticking around for her appointments after her job, her doctor just went home each time. I feel terrible for the people stuck going to this place, especially since I had to call 10 separate times in one day because they didnt turn off their answering machine till 820, when they open at 7. Then they said contacts department opens at 9, but wait to call till 930. Called at 945, no answer. Called again at 1035, still no answer. Called the main desk and they transferred me. You would think Helen Keller works here with how they cant see time or hear the phones. It isnt even about the prescription anymore. Its about how careless and indifferent the staff here is through my entire time being treated there for at least a decade. Hopefully I can eventually find someone who actually cares that I can see in the near future. At least I know the expired prescription can still get me glasses online and they dont care about an expired prescription that i can still see out of just fine, as i have for the last decade.

I’m so grateful for the care Dr. Hariharan provided and would highly recommend her. She was absolutely wonderful during my 11-month-old daughter’s eye exam. From the moment we walked in, she was so patient and incredibly attentive. She did a great job engaging with my daughter, keeping her entertained and cooperative the entire time—which is no easy task with a baby! She was also very thorough, yet still made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. I felt completely confident that my daughter was in the best hands.

Doctor is excellent however the answering service at the time of making an appointments are not nice and do not provide correct information when making appointment. When I arrived to my appointment all the information given to me over the phone was incorrect. And i also wanted to make an audiologist appointment over the phone and I was told i could not make 2 appointments over the phone because of insurance reasons even though I clarified that I understood that both could not be done in the same day i just wanted to book the appointments to have them set up for future and i was told they could not do it. Working in the healthcare i know for a fact that people answering the phones should be more accommodating and understanding specially when making appointments for kids that parents have to really have to prepare in advance not only work schedule but also school schedule.

My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. In March 2026, my daughter was examined and I was informed that she needed to wear prescription glasses. After paying for the glasses, I sought a second opinion with another ophthalmologist, who informed me that my daughter did not need glasses and that her vision was normal. Upon returning to the clinic for clarification, the doctor remade the tests and reported that an error had occurred in the previous evaluation. The clinic agreed to reimburse the amount paid for the glasses. Later, I received a call informing me that the refund check was ready for collection. I moved to Clifton, spending time, gasoline and tolls, only to be informed when I arrived that the check was not available due to a new internal error. I hope the clinic improves its communication with patients and its administrative processes to prevent other families from going through the same.
