I feel as though this doctor used unethical practices. When I received my prescription glasses I could not see through them. I waited thinking maybe it will take some time to adjust. After approximately 2 months I called the office and they told me to come in. I went in the doctor examined me and stated the progression was to the point I needed to see a specialist. My out of pocket amount was $538.00. My insurance provider told me to and to ask about their refund policy. I was told they do not have a refund policy. So, I am walking around with an out of pocket amount $538.00. By them being prescription glasses I can’t even donate them to anyone.

This place and the staff are simply amazing! I was well informed at all times about the procedure and my experience was extremely comfortable as they are very professional and knowledgeable about their stuff!!
