I love Nordin Eye Center in Paintsville. The office is always so nice and clean. The office staff are always so kind and helpful! We always get the best selection of glasses in the Nordin Eye Center Paintsville Office. Very pleased with this business.

I'm currently STILL waiting to see a doctor, it's been almost an hour past my appointment time. They all have time to laugh and talk and carry on but no time to see patients. If I didn't need new glasses so bad I would leave.

Dr is super rude. Asked a question about my son’s eye condition and answered it in the most condescending manner. I was shocked because I have visited his wife’s office and she is the nicest. I only went to Him because my insurance covered him and I just moved to the area and he was closer. If that’s the case this time I’ll drive to where she practices.

Horrible scheduling. Appointment times for them are suggestions. They schedule too many people. I know that it's a numbers game for them with insurance billing, but they don't consider your time as valuable as their time.
