Systems were down for my first appt so had to come back for a second. Told me they were in network when I scheduled the appt and turns out they are out of network. Then my prescription came out a whole point lower than what I have been for 10+ years… so I had to do a prescription change request just to get my regular prescription so I can order contacts that are actually right for me… I don’t know what these people are doing but definitely not returning.

Don’t suggest this location to anybody, if you want your prescription just go any other place , when there for my Contact Lense Exam , first they told me their system was down so they can’t give to me so I had to wait , then they only printed my exam for glasses only , and I had to retake some of the test again so I can get the one for contact lenses , and then after all of that, they put the wrong Contact Lense brand on my exam even though I told them a couple of times which one I am using. For the fair point I only noticed the wrong brand name today when tried to order my contacts , so I called them to simply changed it , and now they say all they can do is to take my eye exam again and I have to pay for it again
