They have the greatest staff! I also love the doctor! I forgot to get a Dr's Note for my daughter. I called and asked if I could get one? Not a problem. The gentleman had it ready for me to pick. Great service!!!
Staff was accommodating to get my daughter in right away as she lost her glasses and needed to purchase new ones. We showed up a little early and although they had a handful of people in the waiting room, we were called rather quickly. The tech was very nice, and the doctor was very personable with my daughter. I have made this our family eye care facility because the countless great experiences.
Have been see for more years than I remember at this practice. As a retired nurse in regards to Dr. D. Delprincipe, I noted professionalism, caring dispostion, knowledge, sense of humor and the willingness to listen to his patients. Those qualities are a huge PLUS for any provider. Even though my main insurance does not pay for his services, I have so much respect for Dr. Dave I continue to choose him. I come close to 50 miles away to have him care for my vision, I trust him 100%.
Dr Dave makes a person feel as though they are the most important person in the world. He is thorough in his exams and presents his findings in easy to understand words. Have questions?...he listens, while making eye contact, and answers them. Today Ellie was assisting him and was as genuine and pleasant as she could be...smiling and professional. Who else would "Santa Joe" trust his vision care too but Dr Dave and his very accommodating team. 🥰
This is the best place for eye care. Always get an appointment without waiting weeks to get in. Staff is always nice. Very clean office. Dr spends a good deal of time explaining everything. Doesn’t rush the appointment. Won’t go anywhere else. Try them out!
