From David D’s visit: I saw Dr. Ryan Zaidinski for the first time and he made me feel very comfortable. He was very professional and went into detail about everything during the exam. The staff was nice with excellent Customer Service. Michelle (licensed optician) was very patient and knowledgeable when fitting me with my new glasses. I would highly recommend North Coast Optical.
North Coast Optical is the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. Everyone there is beyond friendly. The exam portion is comfortable. They don't make you do the puff of air that everyone hates, haha. Dr. Z is very informative. He takes his time answering my questions and concerns. I have been there three times now. Each time, I've had the same experience: friendly employees and a great eye exam from Dr. Z.
I absolutely love North Coast Optical Vision! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome—they’re genuinely friendly and kind. Their professionalism really stands out, and the exams are incredibly thorough, which gave me so much confidence in my care. On top of that, their selection of glasses is hands down the best—so many great options to choose from! I always leave feeling taken care of and happy with my experience. Highly recommend!
Kylee was very helpful right when I walked in. I told her what I was looking for and within 20 minutes I settled on the perfect pair of glasses. Kylee made the whole process very easy by explaining differences and making suggestions so that I would be happy with my glasses. She also explained exactly what my insurance plan covers. I would highly recommend North Coast Vision.
Everyone is always so helpful, kind and patient! We are so appreciative of the staff for being so helpful from the exams to picking the glasses! We love going here where the doc takes his time explaining everything, which is so important with 5 kids in glasses! 🤓 Thank you for taking such great care of us! ❤️
