There are signs posted in the waiting room that appointments will take two hours or more. I was there three hours! Wish I had known when I made my appointment. I could have cancelled or at least brought my computer to work. Pack your patience, mine was running low!
Excellent Experience! I had a wonderful visit at North Georgia Eye Associates yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. I want to make a special mention of the young lady who assisted me throughout my visit. She truly made me feel comfortable and relaxed, showing genuine care, concern, and a wonderfully polite attitude that didn't go unnoticed. Dr. Jason Gabrel was, as usual, incredibly well-mannered and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He never made me feel rushed, which I deeply appreciate. This is a top-tier practice.
Wait time was the best I've ever experienced in a doctor's office, very efficient and well organized. Competent, efficient, very pleasant and considerate, could not be improved. I love Dr Kaufman: went over all my results very efficiently, totally focused on me, my situation, explaining everything carefully and thoroughly. I'd really give a 10!!
Great experience today. My appointment was on time. I saw the doctor in a timely manner. The staff was efficient. I’ve been going to this office for a while. Several years. As a sidenote, I was the first appointment in the morning. I have been pleased with the medical care in this office overall
We have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Weekly. She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly caring. She continues to see my 23-year-old daughter with special needs, and it is such a blessing to have someone with her level of compassion and expertise managing her care. We are so grateful for her.
