I've seen doctors at both the Hayden and Couer d'Alene locations and I was impressed to say the least! From the caring and compitent scheduling staff over the phone to the friendly, welcoming front desk folks I knew I would be in good hands. The doctors and technicians are top notch, truly engaged with you as a patient and providing options for your best care. Although I saw them for a more serious issue, I will be using them for my regular eye exams and all things optical going forward.

From the moment I entered the clinic I was greeted with care and respect. Afterwards my initial examination nurse, Sara, the same - whom I actually thought at first, with her thorough exam and expertice was my OD but then after going back to the waiting area just outside the exam rooms I was called back in for the next set of examination procedures, this time by my actual OD, Dr. Dane Tosland. Impressive. Well spoken, polite, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, yet at the same time willing to take the time to genuinely listen and respond to my experiences and concerns and actually added this additional information to his protocol and plan of action for my treatment plan. Dr. Dane Tosland was patient enough to actually learn from his patient and wisely decererned from her personal somewhat unusual experiences. Respect begets respect `~¿~` 🕊 Sbwell P.S. ooh yes! I must give honorable mention for the positive experience I had with Bob, the eyeglasses tech I met with after my eye exams. And it actually turned out he is a professional musician on the side and for has close ties to some of my own family members in a related business who he has worked with and for. So cool! 😎

I Called in the morning and was able to get a same-day appointment. Dr Drew Thomas was fabulous! So we’re all the ladies who helped me! I believe I will become a patient on record with him. Thank you all for your service. Have a great day.

My 5 year old son had an emergency, a child stabbed a stick into his eye at the park, and I was able to get him in within 40 minutes and they were super helpful, very kind and sweet to him when in pain and crying and upset. Dr. Tosland was amazing with him, super thankful for all that the staff and himself did for my little boy. We had a follow up with him a couple days later and it was healing amazing and he loved being able to feel better. ♥️
