My experience at No. East Eye Surgeons-kent was excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kind considerate caring staff. They make you feel like a part of the family. Takes time to explain and inform me of every step. They never hurry with you. They make you feel very comfortable and all staff are very professional. Couldn't ask for anything better. I was very comfortable there. They go out of their way to help you with whatever you need or any questions you may have. Very thorough and kind. Especially the girl who roomed me and did my eye exam. She helped me fix my phone (I'm elderly) and she didn't have to do that. She was the best! She went above and beyond her job description. Thank you!
I been going to NE Ohio Eye Surgeons for many years. I just went to the Kent office for my annual eye checkup and was impressed by the staff I encountered. Lexie who did the work up was positive, enthusiastic and obviously enjoyed her job. I then met with Holland, an intern who was also very engaging and professional and a pleasure to meet on her path to become a DO Lastly I met with Dr Beckett, my eye doctor for the past 10+ yrs He is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. I enjoy my appointments with him All in all, I had a very positive experience today at NEORS
Every staff member was so kind, friendly, and professional. Dr. Jones has a wonderful personality and he comes extremely highly qualified! I feel very grateful to have him and his team work on my eyes. I couldn't be in better hands.
