Northeastern Eye Institute - Mountain Top

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Greeted with a smile. Staff were super friendly. This was my first visit here so I was not sure on their process. Could not have gone smoother. After being greeted I was very quickly escorted back to begin my eye exam. Everyone was professional and kind from start to finish. When looking for new frames they did not have the ones I wanted.(I’m kind of picky) the optician went ahead and tried to see if there was a way to get me them. Just all around a good first visit

I would highly recommend northeastern eye Institute in mountain top.The staff was highly professional and comfortably personable. The ophthalmologist on staff had patience and took her time explaining to me every detail of my condition. I would especially like to thank the optician Kalan Horvath for taking time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. They all did a great job.

Having been going to this establishment for several years with no issues until this year. Had an appointment scheduled at the Kingston office was txt that morning that the appointment had to be rescheduled. I understand things happen. I recently moved to mountaintop so I rescheduled with that office. I was sent a reminder and was told if I missed the appointment I would be a no show and charged. I was again txt the morning of my appointment that it had to be rescheduled. I had to rearrange my schedule both days. I can see it happening once but twice is unacceptable. No regard or compensation for my inconvenience. Needless to say I will be looking for another eye doctor. I also wanted to note I have to make two separate appointments for eyeglasses and then another to check my eyes due to being a diabetic.

I finally found an Eye Dr. That solved my allergy problem after all these years. Dr.Gilbert went above and beyond, actually cares and was determined. Her staff is also amazing. So glad I found this office that is also out of my way but worth it.

Very friendly staff! Dr. Melanie Ann Brown DeMichele was very thorough. She answered all my questions and was very polite. I would certainly recommend!!!
