Absolutely perfect first time visit! I apologize for not knowing everyone's names but the office was extremely accommodating fitting me in...from setting up the appointment with Shay, to being seen by the ophthalmic technician to being seen by Dr. Kelly. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The office was extremely clean with everything was sterilized. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and for being so accommodating!! ❤️

Northeastern Eye Institute at Pocono Summit Dr. Lindsey Connors Kelly, O.D. - Comprehensive Optometrist Was an excellent experience. Everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lindsey Connnors Kelly is very thorough with me. She asked questions & provided answers. Gave a thorough examination on my eyes and what I need. I’ll rate a 5 star experience.

I moved to NEPA about 3 years ago. Two random people I met after moving here highly recommended Dr Kelly, so I made an appointment with her. She switched my most problematic eye from a soft lens to a hard lens, and my vision was extremely improved! I had tried a hard lens before, but had trouble inserting and removing it from my eye, and it was very uncomfortable. Dr Kelly provided options for improving comfort that also made the hard lens easier to insert and remove. She’s very competent and professional. I moved recently and am now 1 and a half hours from her office, but I’ve already made the trip to her office once and plan to continue seeing her for my eye care.

Dr. Jordan Jr is the best eye doctor anywhere around. He is thorough, professional, personal and an excellent eye surgeon. I am very happy he is my Doctor.

Dr. Kelly is very through always professional, curious, pleasant, on time, as are the staff and takes the time needed. Dr. Kelly and the staff ask questions and also answer questions asked. I would definitely recommend NorthEast Eye to anyone, especially the one in the Poconos.
