Dr. Kelley is the best! I love coming to this vision center. Everyone is so nice and helpful and they always do a great job ensuring I'm taken care of. They have a great glasses selection as well and I'm super happy with my glasses that I purchased from them. Great quality service for the prices - as I pay cash. Very reasonable and will be going here for more years to come. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kelly is consistently kind, thorough, and understanding, taking the time to provide excellent care and answer any questions we have. I’ve been going to Northgate Vision for 6 years, and I dread the day Dr. Kelley retires. She’s awesome! Eye exams are very thorough. Her staff is knowledgeable, and there is no pressure to purchase glasses or other items. If you do buy glasses, the staff is very helpful with fitting them. If you’re looking for a local optometrist then Dr. Kelley is a great choice.

They take time to understand what you want and never push or upsell anything. I learned to appreciate this the hard way. I tried a different doctor closer to my house for convenience, and it was a mistake. They argued with me about my own prescription and put me in lenses that genuinely hurt my eyes. I came right back to Northgate, and the difference was night and day. They gave me exactly what I was looking for and never pushed a thing. If you want an eye care team that's friendly, honest, and puts you first, go to Northgate. Absolutely 5 stars.
I had a great experience at Northgate Vision Center. The Doctor and assistant were both very knowledgeable and professional. Front desk ladies were awesome. They took VSP insurance. Highly recommend.
