All the staff with whom I encountered were very kind and helpful. My procedure went well and I had a free cup of coffee before I left for home. (An approximate 45 minute drive.) Thank you for such kindness, hspitality and care. [It's obvious to me Christ Jesus is central to your mission. And it shows!]

I’m in Manzanita for a week at a time six or more times a year. I’m glad this urgent care clinic is here! This visit (not my first) was necessitated by pain and redness in my right eye. It felt as though there was something in my eye that I couldn’t flush out, and was still scratching or irritating my eye. After intake and vitals were taken, the doctor on duty came in, introduced herself, then asked appropriate questions about my health history and the history of the presenting problem with my eye. She then provided some numbing medication for the eye, and examined the eye with a couple different methods and devices. After that , the doctor explained the possible causes of my symptoms and her rationale for ruling out some of yhem. Then she provided her opinion on other potential causes and treatment options. One included some self care , monitoring and OTC eyedrops. As a backup, if that approach did not resolve the issue in a couple of days, an alternative prescription was provided. Finally, written and verbal instructions were provided, including instructions for follow up care if certain additional concerns arose. Great care. Thank you.
Hi, I'm Sarah and my family is visiting Tillamook for a week to see family that is located here in Tillamook. We are from Phoenix AZ, huge metropolitan area. I am so impressed by your hospital here. It is TINY but wonderful. I have many, MANY, rare disorders, like very medically complex with a combo that makes me one in like 3 billion... We think there may only be 3 others with my combo of disorders... Anyway, I came into the Tillamook hospital with extreme abdominal pain, nausea and Dystonia, all of which I deal with on the regular. I brought my med records and talked the Dr through my medical madness. The Dr was so kind, respectful, listened, didn't fight me on treatment ect... I don't often get such respectful treatment by Drs.. the nursing staff was also most kind. And to be honest, it was all fairly quick. They were "abnormally busy" that evening with more people from out of state needing care. We were apologized to numerous times by staff and honestly it was faster than many of my hospital visits in Phoenix where the hospitals have 250+ beds and capacity is 10-20× the size of Tillamook hospital. I definitely recommend care here for anyone's needing emergency medical care and I'm so appreciative of the Dr and nurses who cared for me. -Sarah Barnes Ps. I have a chest port and impressively there was a nurse able to access my port while there.
Doctor Sarah and her nurse are awesome! She really listens and takes extra time to listen to all concerns. The young lady doing blood draw was super nice and made me feel welcome and did a great job. Thanks all
I do not plan on going back to see the same doctor any time soon. I do not appreciate a trained professional telling me they "feel uncomfortable" prescribing me medication that I have been on for almost two years now. I even called ahead to make sure the facility helps individuals with my medical needs. Now, I have to drive one-two hours out of town to see a doctor who will "feel comfortable" prescribing me medication. The front desk, help staff and nurses where very kind.
