I am honestly super surprised at some of these reviews. My children and I have came here for about 3 years now, and every time we do come, we love it. The check in girl is great, the optometrist that does the eye tests is amazing, and the main optometrist, Dr. Garza, is a dream. Very attentive, he listens to all my concerns, and explains everything to me. It doesn’t hurt that he looks like that celebrity Dermot Mulroney, but that’s just a plus. His demeanor Is great, the location is easy to get to, and I love the selection of frames they carry. I also love the check out girl Maria, she’s super patient, my daughter is extremely indecisive, but didn’t rush us. Definitely will be coming back

Helen is super rude and unprofessional. Basically , you accept my apology or we can give you a prescription and go somewhere else. This is not a way to talk to anyone. I have been coming here for over 6 year and never had an issue.I really enjoyed Ingrid's customers service. Since she left the customers service has been really poor. Having only one person working on the optical side is not working out. I've been calling all week to speak with someone. I finally had to get someone to go in person and get me a pair of contacts since I no longer had any and my glasses broke. Thanks Maria for de-escalating the situation and making me feel better.
At first I was pretty satisfied. However, a year later I am being told that I owe the entire amount of the procedures done on both eyes even though I paid the entire amount. If you go to this facility, KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS b/c their billing department will try and charge you twice. Fast forward a few months and I'm still receiving a bill for the entire amount although I did pay it. I was assured that the account was all taken care of but apparently someone on that end did not do their job.
I called in because I have ocular hypertension and my right eye pressure was very high, so bad it was throbbing and i was seeing my Capillaries flashing in my vision like lightning bolts and was in a lot of pain. I called in to see if they could refill my eye drops which they have given me several times in the past for this exact condition. They said I hadn't been in the office within the last 4 months so I needed to make appointment. I explained to them that I had been exposed to Covid 4 days prior. Now they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks to make an appointment and still will not call in my prescription. I hope I do not get some kind of permanent damage to my eye from this condition. Its obvious this place cares nothing about my eye or my vision. Patients beware if you go here, they are terrible people.
I had a very bad experience here. For any visit, they claim the insurance covers it but later send a bill that says the insurance didn't cover it and that you now have to pay more afterwards. However on the "invoice" they send they blot out how much the insurance DID pay so that they can just get more money out of it. I noticed that other people had similar issues because they came in to argue with the secretary about similar charges afterwards. I needed cataract surgery which they first gave me a price for and I paid. They never mentioned anything about other hospital charges until the morning of the operation which raised the price quite a bit out of my price range even with health insurance. Therefore I had to cancel the operation. Well they said that they wouldn't give me my money back until after a month for some unknown reasons and even after two months they still had not given me the refund. Working with them was ridiculous, they were constantly being dishonest with prices and they seem to be more preocupied with getting money out of the insurance than helping people get better.
