I am so impressed with this office from the Doctor to the receptionist. Everyone is super friendly. Dr. Elnick is the best. I have had cataract surgery a week ago on one eye and due for the other eye at the end of the month. Dr. Elnick is very personable and approachable. I've had a couple of ophthalmologists over my 70+ years that are very upity because of their positions. Not Dr. Elnick!!

I have been going here for about 10 years. All of the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Fatima for eye surgeries. She removed my cataract a week ago and now I have 20/20 vision in that eye! I can see! Dr. Fatima is an amazing surgeon that I have the utmost respect for. Dr. Fatima is friendly, caring and helped me so much! I had a question for her and she called me right back. Dr.Fatima is the very, very best!! Sincerely, Brenda Huffman

I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1:40pm appointment. I waited until 2:35pm and then asked the young lady at the front to cancel my appointment and advise Dr. Elnick that although she may think her time is more valuable than mine it most certainly is not. A 20 minute wait or even 30 on a bad day I can live with but an hour? I think not. I will take my insurance dollars elsewhere. Funny how these doctor's offices email, call, and text you to make sure you know what time and day your appointment is and confirm you will be on time but fail to reciprocate that same courtesy. It would have been nice if they had called me and said they are running way behind and offer a later appointment or a reschedule.

I would recommend Northwest Eye Physicians to anyone looking for complete satisfaction, this is a very professional business. Dr. Elnek is very confident and does great eye surgery and completely meets the criteria of getting the job well done. Nikki makes appointments with clarity, she’s very encouraging, polite, and loving. All other co-workers were very nice and polite as well. There was a 10 minute wait time, and a 30 minute eye exam follow-up, including meeting with the Doctor.
