Staff was very helpful, Low wait time, very detailed exam and explanations of exam findings. I definitely recommend this place for your eye exam. I can not speak on the glasses part as I went elsewhere because I needed the glasses back ASAP. But the exam and every other aspect is great. No complaints on my end!
I have been coming here for years. Everyone at the front desk are always helping and pleasant to encounter before the actual visit. Dr. Suarez-Reyna continues to keep me informed on how to better care for my vision. She is very professional and kind. I highly recommend this establishment for vision care.
I cannot thank Dr Suarez-Reyna & her office staff enough! I woke up with horrible eye pain. My regular doctor who I had been seeing for years could not seem to make time available for me for two days! NW Family Eye Care took me in & worked me in their schedule that day! I am truly thankful for them. The office is easy to get & great parking. Office is clean. Office staff was so kind & helpful. Definitely recommend & I'm definitely going back!
Wonderful staff and knowledgeable doctor on site. Staff made me feel very confident in my decision to trust them with my eye care needs. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on a Friday afternoon.
