Clean comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable staff from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain each of my children’s exam. Will definitely be coming back. Bring a sweater as it is chilly in there.

I had an unexpected emergency appointment while in Vegas for business and Dr Little was absolutely amazing in taking care of me. The whole staff was extremely helpful and professional. I recommend Dr. Little and this entire NVISION Eye Center location!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the office staff, doctors, etc. But their billing system is terrible! I paid mine and my husband's bills within days of receiving them. Months later, they were still hounding me, even though I showed proof the money had been debited from my account. I found out (after I spent hours of my own time researching it) their billing processor gave my payments to two different eye doctors. I sent them all the info they needed to straighten it out, but they told me it was my problem, and that I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay them. I had paid the bills according to the instructions on the invoices I had received. If the billing processor they contracted with is incompetent, how is that my problem?
My appointment was for 10 AM. I got called in at 10:05 which was excellent. After the initial exam and tests by a technician I was put in another room and told the doctor would be in in a few minutes which gave my eyes time to dilate. This I understood. After 40 minutes with no contact from anyone I went out into the hall to find out what was happening. They said they would contact the doctor. After another 10 minutes he came in with a medical student. I had no problem with a med student watching and discussing. I have been coming to NEC for almost 20 years and have never had to wait that long with no one letting me know what was going on. After the doctor came in everything was excellent. He explained that I had a congenital defect in my eye which was not a problem that I needed to worry about and we discussed my medical history. So they lost a 5 star rating because of the wait without telling me why.
My appointment was the week of March 24th, 2024. My experience was great from the start. I was greeted cheerfully by one of the front desk clerks and then by the other clerk. Both were cheerful, warm and helpful as I saw them help another patient having trouble with his paperwork. The vision technician carried out the initial exam in a very professional and efficient manner while treating me with respect. Dr. Little was himself, direct, thoughtful, and caring. I am very happy I found this vision clinic as both my wife and I find it a very pleasant place to get vision help. Forgive me for not remembering names but the staff is excellent and very personable.
