Absolutely the best optical store I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The guys at the front desk were incredible — super friendly, patient, and they helped me choose the most stylish frames that actually fit my face perfectly. They have an amazing eye for fashion! The doctor was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything about my vision. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. The selection of frames is HUGE! They have so many trendy, designer-looking styles for every taste, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. I honestly couldn’t believe how many beautiful options they had. If you’re looking for an eye exam or new glasses, don’t waste your time anywhere else. This place is a hidden gem in Brooklyn. Amazing service, amazing people, amazing prices, and beautiful frames. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been coming to NYC Optical 86th for years for my daughter, and they have consistently provided excellent service. The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Most recently, they even did a quick repair on our glasses free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Every time I visit this location, I feel very welcomed and treated as a person, not just another paying customer. The staff is friendly and patient with my questions and the two eye doctors who examined me were very knowledgeable and professional. The store is clean and comfortable as well. Highly recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at this optical office. The service here is truly the best in the area — everything from the front desk to the exam room was smooth and professional. The doctors treat patients with so much respect and really take the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about your eye health, not just rushing you through. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable.
