LOVED my experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule an appointment for a vision test in person, went in the day of (two days later), and was seen immediately. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and everyone was professional and pleasant. Huge shout out to Jayce. Thank you for cleaning my glasses. I don't remember the last time I was able to see so clearly! :-) Highly recommend NYC Optical!
