Unfortunately, the people who answer the phone to make appointments don't even know the doctors' names or if they have what they need. But the receptionists at the clinic are super nice and patient, and the nurses are great too. I've been going there for many years and have taken my family and friends, and they're happy. My favorite doctor is Dr. Kevin Pak, and Dr. Kevin Jiang is excellent. 👏👏👏

The woman who answers the phone is incredibly stupid! She thinks she's a doctor and speaks to you rudely; the service is terrible. Oh, and on top of that, she has no patience. The translator into Spanish, however, was very kind.
