The gentleman at this location went above and beyond explaining the lens types, frames and what worked best for my face,etc. Extremely pleasant and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good pair of sunglasses. Will return in the future. I cant remember the clerks name at the store but I think he was the manager. Overall A+
I have been shopping at this store for over a decade and the staff there have always treated me extremely well. They are so helpful and they know what I like. They remember my last visit to the store and they will show me the new styles and colors that have been introduced since then. If I have ever had a problem or return, they handled it quickly and with no issues. On my last visit, I enjoyed shopping with April and Kalin. They are always so friendly and helpful. I just can't say enough good things about this store. I will definitely be back again and I am so looking forward to my next trip there.
Great service! I’ve been there a few times and the associates are always very friendly and helpful. I went in with a few questions and after a 15 minute visit left with a new pair of sunglasses! It was awesome
The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products and go out of their way to find what I'm looking for. They know their product and If they don't have it in stock...They will find it somewhere and have it delivered to my house. That's pretty impressive. They are always friendly and helpful. My wife and I have been customers here for several years, we have always been welcomed every time going in and informed of sales a large majority of the time. If they don’t have something in stock, they can check online and have it ordered for you. They have a nice selection from clothing to sunglasses and always have stuff in the clearance section. The reason for knocking one star.. they don’t seem to keep employees very long and so they don’t remember have an opportunity to remember your name. Great service every time though.
