Jennifer (store manager) is very kind, professional, and cordial, as is her entire staff. They offer great products, and the salespeople are kind and helpful. I feel good about purchasing from this store and highly recommend both the store and the brand. Additionally, one of the employees speaks Portuguese, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It's a great place!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at the Oakley store in the Allen Outlets. The staff does a fantastic job of being available to help without hovering or pushing a sale. You’re greeted when you walk in and they let you browse comfortably, but they’re knowledgeable and ready to help if you need anything. It’s a refreshing, no-pressure shopping experience and the customer service really stands out. Definitely recommend this location.
