Verrry rude, uneducated and unprofessional young lady with glasses on, try her out if u go…I ask: What’s a comprehensive eye exam, she asked what’s that? Mature woman sitting behind the counter very lovely. First time walking in besides smelling like cats in warm a/c nobody greets you. Find your own way to the back to sign in. Left because I have Medicaid, which they said I can only use once every 2 yrs🤷🏻♀️
I felt a bit rushed asking questions while choosing my glasses with the girls behind the counter as they seemed somewhat uncaring and always in a hurry. The remainder of the office including the Doctor were very thorough and the entire staff behaved very professionally with the young lady in the back office also being helpful. They are unusually busy for such a small store which I credit to their reasonable prices. They are probably the best place overall to purchase glasses in Bay Ridge. You don’t need an appointment for an eye exam and the lead time to prepare non coated glasses is minimal.

I really don’t wanna travel all the way there just to order contacts. It’s not right, it takes 3 minutes. Can someone give me the correct number or answer the phone !!!
It's often busy so go in when you have time. I changed out all my scratched up lenses here for a great price- thrilled to find an affordable option!
Received solid professional service today as a walk-in client. Reception is no frills and quite analog, but very decent. Exam was professional and reliable. Have been a client for about twelve years now. Beats the competition easily.
