Tanner helped me with my recent purchases. We had to redo a pair of progressives that came back with a flaw. He was very helpful and took care of the issue without any problem. I highly recommend you ask for Tanner when you go to Oculus.

I requested the measurement between my pupils which is needed to order glasses. I was told this measurement isn't shared with the consumer to prevent ordering glasses online. Withholding this data led to the loss of my business. My recommendation for this business is to provide superior customer service, products, prices, or some combination to beat out competitors, not by trying to handcuff someone into using your services.
Excellent experience. The staff happily adjusted an older pair of frames that I already had. She tightened them so that they fit better and ordered new lenses for them. This recycled pair of glasses will now be my spare set.
I’m a big outdoorsman and this place is my go to place for sunglasses. Whether it’s in store or over the internet I always find what I need. Even had some glasses that needed repair and came back looking new. Not to mention, the great staff! Anna has always been a great help!!
