My 9 year old daughter had an appointment with Dr. Alina Ishtiaq. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was warm and welcoming with smiles! Which def makes a difference when you have a nervous child who’s apprehensive about the appointment. I def recommend this office and this physician for all of your optical needs. Very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely good with kids! 10/10

The front desk staff is top notch. We got in so fast! She helped us navigate through anything from insurance to helping pick glasses. The doctor was thorough. She talked to my teen to make sure he understood the care plan instead of me just explaining everything, but she also took the time to make sure she answered all of my questions and his. Lastly, so many good choice on glasses frames. All around great experience and I couldn’t be happier with this place.

My glasses were in so fast . Yesi was very patient with me, kept me updated the status since I have to leave soon. Dr was nice 👍. Definitely coming back next year . Give her props working with lots people and pregnant.

Amazing customer service. Yesi was really helpful and very attentive when i came in. I would recommend this store if you want to shop new, or need a replacement part for your already existing eye wear.

Dr Ashtiaq is a true one-of-a-kind very knowledgeable, personable, patient, and full fledge eye care provider. Dad (80 yo) told me his eyes were bothering him and he needed glasses. I was careful in my selection to choose someone who works well with the elderly + a veteran + someone who doesn't always wear his hearing aids + someone who may not always follow instructions. When I called, Dayana assured me Dr Ashtiaq also worked well with children and the kids are happy with their new glasses. This says a lot to me. However, at the appointment, it turns out Dad's eyes were in PAIN because of very bad infections behind BOTH eyes. Luckily, Dr Ashtiaq is qualified to treat and manage this condition. She didn't treat me like a poor caregiver/daughter and she didn't berate Dad yet encouraged him to be more forthcoming. Had I gone to a Walmart/Target/run of the mill eye glass place, proper care could have been severely delayed. Dad felt comfortable with the treatment, treatment plan, and follow ups. Yesi and Dayana have been wonderful and accommodating with scheduling. (Bilingual office staff, Katy Texas!) They are always pleasant to us, whether we're their first customer on a Saturday morning or we're the last patient of the day, running in from traffic coming in ftom TMC. To pat myself on the back, I'm proud of my decision to add and trust Dr Ashtiaq to Dad's eye care. I would encourage anyone who needs eye care to schedule at this location. I'm the strongest advocate for my dad (and others!) but am rest assured I can take a break and rely on the experts here to do their best.
