OD Next To Walmart

Richard in Automotive was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very conscientious. I came in needing an oil change and a tire repair, and he took care of everything smoothly and efficiently, getting me squared away and back on my way with zero stress. Kerri (hope I’m spelling that right!) was also wonderful. I needed several cases of drinks from the very top and very back of a tall shelf, and she didn’t hesitate at all. She grabbed a ladder, brought down my “gazillion” cases with ease, and did it all with a great attitude and a smile. Excellent, above-and-beyond customer service from both. And in case there are several people with these names, I visited the morning of December the 29th

We had a difficult automotive experience with two new TPS sensors being installed and never resetting and showing tire pressure after driving for a couple of weeks. Took the vehicle back in and had them worked on again, drove for a couple more weeks and the still wouldn't reset. So I called automotive and talked with Richard, extremely friendly conversation and he told me to bring the vehicle in as soon as I can and ask for him specifically. So being in the area that day we drive in and asked for Richard, he dropped everything he was doing and came outside on a rainy day and worked diligently on the TPS issue until after 3-4 attempts he finally got all 4 TPS sensors to reset! Combination of the vehicle + tires + different sensors made this tricky, and he wasn't giving up working in the rain until our problem was resolved. Just fantastic service from a great guy, super pleasant in helping us and obviously very knowledgeable on all things automotive. Can't say enough about how happy we were with this experience!

We go to this Wal-Mart quite often and it’s a nice Walmart. Seems to always be pretty clean usually and fully stocked. I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad experience at this Wal-Mart.

I'm ONLY giving 3 stars due to delivery is usually always on time. Everything else.. AWFUL! When ordering for delivery I can usually always find everything I need... Except for when the shopper starts pitching my order .. Every. Single. Time half of my order is being substituted. These are not unique items. They are basic. I'm not sure why it's even listed for purchase if it's not available???! Fruits and vegetables through delivery.. Terrible. Eggs... Broken... Bread crushed. I usually have no choice but to order sure to long working hrs daily and very few days off to actually grocery shop myself. I tip generously and pay the annual fee for Walmart plus. It's beyond frustrating.

As a family from the great state of Wisconsin we drove over 350 miles to this specific Walmart Supercenter in Linton , Indiana on April 8, 2024 to observe the total eclipse of the sun for over 4 minutes. The Walmart was great for food, drinks and even four pairs of stylish shorts that we needed because the temperatures in Linton rose to the mid 70's on this glorious day. The restrooms this Walmart were welcoming and necessary for our four hour wait for totality. What a beautiful Eclipse 2024. It was a great total eclipse in Linton. Thank you, Linton and Walmart for hosting our family. Huzzah!
