Have been going to ogallala eye care for 50 years, dropped my contact and needed an appointment nothing was available for 2 months. Receptionist didn't seem to care one way or another. Asked if I could get a contact to get me by wouldn't even talk to doctor paloucek I have been going there 50 years I'm pretty sure they could have made some kind of effort

Stopped in had something in my lower eyelid wanted them to take a look. It was very irritating and the receptionist said they could not help me they're not taking new patients and she's booked today anyhow.

If poor counter service, either inaccurate prescriptions or an inexpert lab, & eyeglasses with temple lengths that don't match are your cup of tea this is the place.
