Such a nice visit! They were able to take me same-day without insurance, and the staff was wonderful! The doctor was very informative and relaxed, and the exam was quick and easy. A wonderful ray of sunshine named Brooke helped me after my exam with ordering my prescription, and it honestly was the highlight of my morning. 12/10 recommend!

To be completely fair, I will start with the fact that I missed an appointment (my son’s) I had set. It was my fault, I entered it into my reminders on the wrong date, and once I realized it, it was the day after the actual appointment had been set. With that being said, as soon as I realized I had missed the appointment, I called immediately, which was actually the following day after the missed appointment, shortly after they had opened. I was told that the doctor is strict on no shows and I will no longer be able to set appointments for my child at this location. In life, I have learned, there are no absolutes, and everyone makes the occasional mistakes. An excuse is worthless and I don’t like them, so I try not to make them myself. Missing the appointment because I set the wrong date in my reminders is a bad excuse, but nonetheless it is the reason and it is my responsibility to not make mistakes like that. To deny any future appointments seems a little extreme, but that is the consequence of irresponsibly missing an appointment at the eye doctor at the Walmart in Miamisburg. As a small business operator, I take everything in stride and try my best to learn from my mistakes. Though I have missed a few doctors appointments in my younger years, which were plagued with bad choices, fecklessness and unaccountability, I have never been denied service due to one missed appointment. When someone walks into my store, I try and read them and learn as much about them as I can in the short amount of time I have and process it to have a better understanding of what type of customer I have. It works just as well the other way around. Being denied any further appointments may be the best decision that was made for me this week. I hope them the best in their future endeavors, and again, this is just my opinion, and I was the at fault party, this just to warn anyone who might patronize this particular office that missing an appointment will cause you to lose the ability to set any further appointments in the future. At least that was the decision made in my case. Have a great day!

The staff was nice and professional, made me feel welcome. The doctor is a young lady and I thought that was cool! I almost complimented her on her youth but didn't want her to take offense! 🤷🏾 I'll definitely be going back and recommending them!

I called to set an appointment for my daughter so we could order her contacts. I told them my insurance carrier and all that. I then ask how much the appointment would cost, the lady stated only your copay. Which should have been $15. The day of the appointment, as we wait for the doctor to give us the contact RX, and she comes back and states oh they are the same as last time. I go to the front to see about ordering her contacts and the lady says oh you owe $60 for the appointment. I then told them that I was told I would only have to pay my co-pay, and then she stated that the doctor was independent, and that I would have to pay out of pocket. They should have been up front about that from the beginning. I could have went somewhere else, I definitely will be going elsewhere from now on.

Very impressed both by the doctor and the staff. Friendly people who work fast. I was examined at the appointed time. My eye exam (insured) saved me a ton of money and checked everything I expected. My glasses came in in exactly a week and work perfectly. Their frame prices are incredibly low. I just found the experience wonderful in every regard.
