It was an up and down experience the older lady with glasses was short with me when checking me in. Seemed uninterested with me as a patient. No good morning or friendly smile. The doctor was friendly but seemed rushed and I get that lots of exams to give that day I am sure. She did a good job but just felt rushed compared to other eye exams. The best part of the visit was Bobbi Jo the optometrist who waited on me. Had a GREAT attitude and personality. Wonderful customer service. Didn’t try to over sell me but sold me what I needed. She went step by step helping me pick out frames and telling me colors since I am color blind. If you buy glassses here ask for her. Very nice selection of glasses. First impressions are most important for customer service. If you are the first face people see put a smile on it.

I really like the Doctor but he needs to take more control of his staff. They are very rude & have zero concept of an indoor voice. I had a problem with my insurance because of a computer glitch instead of picking up the phone they thought it would be easier to just humiliate me loudly in front of a waiting room full of people. The Doctor who is a good Christian person wouldn't tolerate this if he knew about it but the really rude gate keeper at the front desk wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. This will be my last visit with them sadly after years of being a customer.

Dr. Jaegla and his staff are the best! So professional, and caring and attentive to their patients.

The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Jaegla was thorough, but quick in getting me on my way. Glasses are expensive, but helpful if you have vision insurance.

I've been going to Dr. Jagala since I moved back here in 2004 and I have to say that I'm never going to see anyone else. He's the only Dr that actually has no problem talking to me and not "at" me. He always explains everything as well as he never fails to ask me if I have questions. I highly recommend Dr Jagala. His front desk has attitude problems at times but mostly those girls are friendly. We all have bad days.
