I had an excellent experience at Oliver Peoples at River Oaks, and I want to specifically recognize Taylor for the outstanding service. I came in already knowing the exact frame and color I wanted, and Taylor respected that immediately, no pressure, no upselling, just focused and efficient support. At the same time, Taylor added real value by making sure the fit, sizing, and final details were right, which made a big difference. The process was smooth, professional, and handled with a high level of attention to detail. It’s clear Taylor knows what they’re doing and takes pride in delivering a great client experience. I highly recommend Oliver Peoples at River Oaks, and definitely ask for Taylor you’ll be in very good hands.

I had a disappointing experience with a pair of sunglasses I purchased from a different Oliver Peoples store. After only two weeks, the frames had already needed to be tightened twice. When I asked about exchanging them, I was told there was only a 5-day return window, and customer service wasn’t willing to help. I decided to stop by my local Oliver Peoples store just to get a second opinion, and that’s when I met Meredith. From the moment I walked in, she genuinely cared about making things right. She happily helped me exchange the sunglasses and took the time to make sure I didn’t leave until I had the perfect pair. Meredith is exactly the kind of employee every luxury brand hopes will represent them. She turned what had been a frustrating experience into one that completely restored my confidence in Oliver Peoples. Because of the outstanding service she provided, I’ll absolutely be returning to this store to purchase my prescription glasses. This was my first time purchasing from this store, and I’m extremely impressed! The customer support is outstanding. Excellent customer service and a great selection! I purchased my 'Bernardo' frames here in 2022, and the sales team was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful! I'm so happy with how these frames fit my face! They also helped guide me on which lens features to pick out (anti-glare, anti scratch etc.). Recently (October 2025), I damaged my lenses, so I called the store, and Taylor was SO helpful! I was out of town and needed replacement lenses, so she pulled my account history and guided me through my lens features so I could pick out a replacement. Thank you again for being excellent at what you do!

Recently, when I visited Oliver Peoples in Houston, I was looking for a replacement for “much loved” very old frames for my glasses, I had a surprising but lovely experience. The sales person who listened to my dilemma was Marinique Wheaton. After we determined that there wasn’t a similar option available, she graciously offered to solve my problem by “giving” me a pair of similar frames she has owned for awhile that no longer worked for her!
