Dr. Biletsky and the team (technician Evie) here are really wonderful. They are efficient and thorough and were helpful in understanding what is going on with my vision. They offer a really comprehensive exam and were clear and communicative about each part of the examination. I also had a really great experience with Elaina and the team at the front desk--they were so kind!!
I usually don't have issues but my daughter lost money today 4/14/2026 in a Uber because she looked online and it stated this office closed at 7pm but when she got there the sign on the door states closed at 6pm. Gas and money to expensive to be wasting. Yall need to update your online web page cause this was uncalled for. I've enclosed screenshots to show. Sincerely, MRS WADE
Excellent! Customer service second to none. Everyone willing to help you even if you aren't the person that was assigned to them. Doctor very thorough took his time with you, did not rush you out and explained in detail how your body works and how one thing affects the other ultimately affecting your eyesight. Absolutely primo excellent. Love this place
Dr. Biletsky and his staff are fantastic. Intake was easy and straight forward. Dr. B is very approachable. He does a great job of establishing patient rapport and connection. From there he does a fantastic job of explaining the issues impacting your visions, teaching different concepts to help explain issues, and giving great advise and follow-up information for patient care. 10/10 experience, planning to stick with this doctor.
The entire staff are kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to listen to my needs, and made helpful suggestions. I have zero fashion sense, so I appreciated the help in selecting frames. The entire process from exam to picking up the glasses was smooth and easy.
