i arrived to my scheduled appointment on march 30th after 3pm. sat and waited for 30 mins past my appointment time then asked if they were behind, they then let me know they were 3-4 people behind. is it not common courtesy and good patient service to communicate to patients when the facility is behind? i don't mind that the doctor was behind i understand and i appreciate how thoughtful my doctor is but if patients are going to be sitting in a waiting room for over an hour just let us know that is the case? i understand the role of receptionist is different now with the online check ins but they are still the face and front of omni and their service is underwhelming

I had a great visit. It was refreshing to see a doctor who truly takes the time to listen, perform a thorough evaluation, and explain everything clearly. I felt informed and cared for throughout the entire appointment.

THE WORST OPTOMETRY PLACE YOU CAN GO INTO! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. ASIAN LADY TELLING MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER SHES WASTING HER TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED OF PUTTING THE EYE DROPS THAT BURN HER EYES AND STRUGGLED CONVINCING HER. ALSO TELLING HER THE EYEDROPS TASTE LIKE VANILLA LIKE IF THAT HELPED. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!
