We went there for two years for glasses with new scripts each year. The last year was horrible; he had to sent the glasses back two times before the optics were correct. He kept charging more than what we had paid in the past--lots more. We also lost two additional months waiting for the right glasses. Finally, we decided to go to Charlottesville to get more professional services and at a better price. We even got a better price on the frames. He always seemed distracted with his grade school daughter darting from room to room and wanting his attention. We will not return to this establishment.
