Was lucky and able to get a same day appointment for an eye exam. Front office was very helpful in checking insurance and checking in when I arrived. Quick and easy with the digital scans, without feeling rushed. The Dr. was very friendly, and was patient with me on "which looks better, 1 or 2? 1...? 2...." Easy check out, and they were happy to prove a quote on lenses. Will definitely recommend and return.
Hi there, I just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had recently! The entire team there is absolutely wonderful, and the eye doctor was incredibly helpful and thorough during my exam. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. They were also fantastic with handling all the insurance details, which always makes things so much easier and less stressful. Plus, I was super impressed with the quick turnaround for my daughter's glasses! She had her exam just last week, and her new glasses were ready for pick-up today – how great is that? I’m glad that they accomodated me as a walk-in patient. Had a great experience overall. The staff were kind and very accommodating, the place was clean, and the eye exam was very thorough. Doctor Diana Dinh was patient and took the time to explain everything without rushing.
Had an appointment with them, everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely wanted to help me out. I had a lot of paper work that I needed to get filled out, and Dr. Le was happy to help me get everything filled out. When I was checking out, I needed to get some of my paper worked faxed, the receptionists were eager to help me out and were able to fax my documents quickly and efficiently. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great eye doctor office.
Front desk was nice. Other staff was rude. Notes were taken and then forgotten. Callbacks were promised but never made. Dr. Dinh was rude, passive-aggressive and even a bit of a gaslighter. I did a lot of research before deciding to go here and regret it because now I have to pay out of pocket for another exam. Very disappointing.
