I can’t recommend this office enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. Tori and Haley were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and provided exceptional care. This team always goes above and beyond, and that’s why I keep coming back. Five stars every time!

I visited this location for the 1st time. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Front office staff is very friendly and patient. I saw Dr. Lindsey Schaale. She was an absolute dream. She listened to my concerns and was very thorough. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank You!!
Worst experience, highly disappointed. I had an apt at 10:15 that I had made a week prior and had already confirmed. 6:00 the evening before I get another message saying my apt was at 10:45. I called the morning of to find out exactly what time my apt was and was told 10:45. We arrived at 10:35 for my son's apt to discuss contacts and receive the training that was needed in order for him to get contacts. At that time I was told that they didn't have time for the apt and would I want to come back possiblytomorrow or another day. I stated that I have had this apt for a week and even called this morning to verify the time because they had sent multiple apt times. Instead of letting me know then that they didn't have time, they waited for me to get all the way there. Not only was there no one else in the office but the girl at the front desk was un sympathetic and unbothered at the inconvenience that she created. Extremely unprofessional.
My husband and I both have not seen an eye doctor in several years. It was an amazing experience. I have had glasses since I was 10 with a multitude of doctors and this was the best eye doctor I have ever had. Was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. I will definitely be back next year!
The front staff medical assistants were very friendly and attentive to everyone who walked in. I didn’t get her name, but the woman who did the initial assessments - the retinal scans, the red barn, and the air pressure test - was amazing. She had wonderful people skills. The doctor was great. Informative. Professional. Knowledgeable. Overall we had a 10/10 experience from the time we walked in until we checked out.
