Had upper eye lid surgery and brow pexy with Dr Wong, he was exceptional. He explained the procedure, how long it would take to heal and everything he said was true. Surgery was at Westbury surgical center, also a very good clean center. I have had 4 follow up visits at OCLI RVC, Garden City and East Setauket. The staff at each location, professional and courteous. Thank you.
Back in October 2025 I visited the office to have what was growing at the corner of my eye removed with Dr. Wong. Before the procedure I did a consultation and was never told that this was a cosmetic procedure and would have to pay out of pocket. I was billed $2000 for something that is not cosmetic. This procedure did not change my appearance prior to this growth. I’ve called the office and billing several times and all I hear is that it was a cosmetic procedure. Now they’ve sent my information to a collection agent. I want answers and will be talking to my lawyer to dispute this.
All of the Dr's office that I go to is in this building, team of professionals, I love them all they saved my life after the high sugar of 400 I was introduced to my favorite team of Dr's even when I don't have an appointment with them I just park my car, so I could be close to hospital just incase.
My grandparents have been coming here for a long long time and the staff keeps getting worse. I had a appt here at RCV today, when I came in I asked if the provider was running on time and the receptionist told me yes (her name is Joanne). We got there around 930 the appt was at 945. By 955 the receptionist calls me and says that the provider is short staffed and that there's 2 patients in front. I reminded Joanne that when I first came in if the doctor was on time and now 25 min later somehow the provider is shortstaff?. Isn't common sense that if the provider is short staffed he will be running late. Joanne told me its not her job to know and that the back doesn't communicate with her about nothing. I told Joanne that its her job to know the provider schedule. She was getting loud, extremely rude and just giving a attitude all throughout. I had to reschedule the appt to a different day. When we were leaving I heard the other 2 receptionist and Joanne bad mouth me and that its good that she talked to me like that. Overall Im considering looking for a different doctor as this office just keeps getting worse and worse.
