The front desk and technicians were prompt, friendly, and helpful with insurance paperwork. Great costumer service!! I saw Dr Sims who took her time explaining eye plan clearly to me. I will definitely be scheduling any further appointments needed with her. High recommend them.
Going to this office today for the first time was a total delight. Stop or warm and friendly and down to earth. I was in and out with my appointment done in under 45 minutes - in the blink of an eye. Fast efficient friendly. And Dr Sims has a great sense of humor!
Staff was super kind . Time was kept and communication by staff and doctor was thorough.
I have been a patient here for many years. I have astigmatism and they found contacts that work perfectly for me. Everyone I've had contact with has been wonderful - Front desk to back office. Highly recommend!
