One of the receptionists is shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. I came in 20 minutes early for an appointment to get an updated contacts prescription. There were six people in line ahead of me and, at first, only one receptionist checking everyone in. The patients were being accommodating and orderly as we waited. After about 5-10 minutes, another receptionist came in from the back. The words, tone and volume she used with patients were aggressive. First, she shamed a man for being 5 minutes late checking in to his appointment. He was dumbfounded and explained that he'd been in line for 15 minutes. That made the rude receptionist go quiet. Then, there had been a woman standing off to the side where patients exit the examination rooms. She'd been there since I got there, so she'd been patiently waiting for at least 10-15 minutes by that point. The first receptionist asked her what she was doing and the woman explained that she wanted to pay. The first receptionist pointed out the line that all of the check-in patients were waiting in and the woman responded that she thought that line was specifically a check-in line. There is no signage indicating that there is no checkout line and the layout of the office implies that the side desk is for checking out, not the front door where everyone is checking in. The second, ruder receptionist interrupted and started yelling that there was only one line (not that there was much room in this line because it was so long). Several people's jaws dropped in response to the way the receptionist spoke to this woman who had just been calmly waiting. The first receptionist deescalated by checking her out. When I finally checked in, I noticed a sign behind the desk warning, "ABUSE TOWARDS OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED." How ironic. Not surprisingly, after the 20+ minute check-in wait, there was an additional wait of 45+ minutes in the waiting room. In that time, the rude receptionist loudly complained to her coworker about various patients. I want to emphasize that the technicians and doctors are respectful and the care is excellent. I was going to refrain from writing this review because everyone can have a bad day. But, other reviews show that this is a pattern of behavior. The front desk might need retraining.

Am I getting good eye care? Perhaps, but this place is a factory. And the receptionist is so rude. When I walked in, no one looked up at me or said hello. When I said I was here for an appointment she told me she was helping someone else. So bizarre. Plan your day accordingly because it will take two hours from the time you walk in until check out. Don’t schedule appointments on line because if you need specific tests there is no way to indicate that. I even called after I scheduled it online to make sure I got the test that I needed, and even with that it wasn’t properly indicated. Then they have this crazy thing where only certain doctors do certain tests. So after sitting there for two hours, them billing my insurance company and me making a copayment, they told me for the other test I have to schedule another appointment with the other doctor. I’ve been going to eye doctors for over 20 years for the same eye condition and I’ve never had this. Ridiculous and scammy. This is what happens when private equity takes over healthcare. Looking for a non OCLI provider.

Pleasant reception staff but this place is a complete joke as far as scheduling. 30-60 minute wait times. Scheduled twice and was not seen either time. Avoid. Go to a local doctor not a corporation. Private equity is a gutting health CARE. DO your research and avoid private equity owned healthcare

The office is horrible they have no bedside manner and speak and treat you in the most unprofessional way. It's disgusting that in such delicate eye care that's being administered here, that this is how people are treated. Unfortunately the Docs are great. I will be going to another office to see my Doc cause everytime i come its a problem and they women at the desk and office manger are disgustingly rude.
