In my opinion,, they deserve ZERO STARS!!!!! The practice manager Donna and Carmella are SO VULGAR and INCOMPETENT at their JOBS, it’s PATHETIC!! THEY ARE A HORRID,ABHORRENT, DISGUSTING 🤢 GROUP of PEOPLE!!! IN MY OPINION, STAY AWAY!!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK 🤧!!! They have no accountability for their mistakes. They never get back to anybody. If they think that Brain health is “ no big deal” ,, the AMA should SHUT THEM DOWN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been seeing Dr.Hanoeur for years and he's a great doctor (hence the 2 stars). However, everytime I've encountered this facility lately I've been having more and more problems. Their portal has been extremely buggy lately -- when I try and call to report it and have things fixed I'm always transferred to a voicemail box that never responds. The past 3 appointments I've had (mind you these are appointments spread out every 6 months), I'm always met with unwarranted, nasty attitudes from the staff desk. I really tried to give benefit of the doubt but the fact that this is the consistent pattern is becoming more and more unacceptable. It really is disheartening to see considering this is a practice I've been visiting for almost 6 years now and haven't had problems until recently.

My mother had a deplorable experience with Dr. Eric Hanauer. His bedside manner is that of an alley cat! During a visit to go over test results of my 82-year old mother, he was verbally abusive in how he addressed her! I was on the phone with her to hear the results of her tests, and instead of speaking with a doctor that demonstrated professionalism, empathy and care, I heard a rude, demanding and obnoxious individual who was yelling at my mother. His response to her questions were demeaning and irresponsible. This type of behavior from a so-called professional that has been entrusted with the care and well being of his patients is UNACCEPTABLE. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT set an appointment with this individual if you value the overall care of your loved one.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my consult and appointment with Dr Kessler Every staff member from receptionists, technicians and check out was professional knowledgeable Just as importantly they were warm and kind. I would recommend them 1000 percent

Dr Roth is an Amazing caring Dr. please do not get me wrong but this is the second or third time I have been called 630-7pm and told that I need to reschedule my appointment and that the only available appointments are months later or weeks later with a P.A. SmH I have never had this happen with a Drs office before in my life and this is the second or third time this office has done this to me. In my opinion its wrong and shows no compassion for the patient especially if it’s happened numerous times..
