Excellent detail-oriented doctor, great office and very reasonable prices for exam and glasses. It was such a pleasure seeing the Dr again. First, she invests in her equipment and has the most up to date resources—very impressive. She had a new machine that takes a picture of her eye and you don’t have to do the dilation eye drops! Second, she was so thorough with my daughter. Her eyesight changed so we needed a new prescription. Third, the front desk was excellent setting us up with new frames and gave us an excellent price. It was a seamless, easy experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for this office.

Nice place! Friendly staff, easy onboarding as a new patient, and up-to-date technology for a comfortable and thorough eye exam. Dr. Drewniak is very good at explaining things in an accessible way. The office is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking and public transit nearby.
I've been going to Opt for a few years and have always had good experiences with the staff and with Dr. Gabrielle Drewniak. Natalia, the optician, has worked with me on several pairs of glasses to ensure the right fit and vision and she's been excellent to work with. Can't recommend enough!
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I had some issues last year with the person involved in purchasing my glasses. She had a patronizing attitude among other issues. When I called to schedule my exam this year, the same person answered and told me to make the appointment online. I did so and received confirmation via email. When I arrived, I was told (by this same person) that I didn’t have an appointment. When I showed her the confirmation email she took my phone, I assumed to get a closer look. She asked me to come back two hours later but I told her I couldn’t as I did not live close by and had already paid to park and had to get to work after the appointment. She agreed to let me see the doctor but I’d have to wait 30 minutes and she gave me attitude about taking up the doctor’s lunch time. I went out to make a quick call then sat down to wait. At that time she asked me if I had cancelled the appointment. I told her I hadn’t. She said her system showed that I cancelled. I asked her when it said I cancelled and looked in my emails. At this point I noticed that this staff person had forwarded the email I had shown her to the business from my phone and my email account without my consent. I asked her about this and she admitted she did so when she was holding my phone so she could have the information. I am absolutely appalled at the entitlement and disrespect displayed here. It is entirely unethical to send emails from someone else’s email address and device without explicit consent. And I am sure she was lying about seeing a cancellation in the system because I had no email regarding that and the time frame she gave me didn’t make sense. I believe she sent herself my email so she could have all the details and make something up. The one star on this review can be for the doctor and other staff since I haven’t had other issues, but the fact that this person has been the primary front of house staff over the years that I’ve been coming here is a huge red flag. I will be looking further into this potential breach of my privacy and tampering with my personal email.
I started visiting OPT vision studio after moving to the area a few years ago. I am always impressed by the friendly helpful staff and really appreciate the time Dr. Drewniak spends with me to listen to my questions and talk through the best options in eye health for myself and my young children. Setting up my appointments is always a breeze and the automated appointment reminder system strikes the right balance between being often enough to be helpful and not so frequent it’s intrusive.
