Friendly staff and good service. I had new glasses in just a few day's of excellent quality. They even put new nose bumpers on 2 different pairs of glasses that weren't purchased from them and adjusted them. Highly recommend.
Professional, on time, knowledgeable about insurance. Did not pressure me to purchase higher priced, or unnecessary items. This was our first visit. Very happy about our treatment, about variety of frames, price range of frames and the exam itself.
About 3 years ago, I gave this place a very bad review. The staff were very nasty. But recently we went back, and I was surprice, how they been change for good. Very proffessional and timely. So because of that change, they got 5 stars from me. Good job.
The technician and Doctor were very thorough and explained everything to me. The tech who helped me pick out frames was patient with me, helping me decide which frame looked the best. I highly recommend Opti-mart.
Crystal River location. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I absolutely loved Dr. Jones. Will recommend without reservation.
