Opti-mart – Seminole (Sight360)

Great experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left I was greeted immediately by a very friendly lady who checked my appointment, gave me whatever papers I needed to fill out however, you can fill out your paperwork online there from there I went to an eye exam with Dr. Tran. She was amazing very knowledgeable. Took her time with me which I appreciate it very much. I have a problem with dry eye she gave me some prescription stuff to do to help with that excellent experience. I highly recommend this Optimart

Highly recommend this store. My husband and I had an appointment. There was an issue with the insurance company. Andre the manager took his time with us to straighten out the issues with the insurance company. He was on the phone with them for quite a while and with Andre's help. The problem was solved . Dr. Adam Furman patiently waited for us until the problem was solved. What a great Dr. He's very thorough. It's a great feeling to know there are people who really care about their customers.

Was seen 2/12/26, For eye exam and glasses. My appointment was first thing in the morning, and I have to say it was a great way to start the day. The staff is cheerful, professional, and very helpful. From the young lady at the front desk to Andre who fitted glasses, I was treated with respect and dignity. Doctor Tran was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. She made me feel like there was no question too small. Based on my experience, my family will be long-term customers. Thank you again to the staff at Seminole Optimart for being there to assist with all my optical needs.

Horrible Experience and Terrible Customer Service My visit to this office was a complete waste of time. The staff here has a terrible attitude and they are completely unhelpful. I was told over the phone they close at 5:00 PM and to come in, but the online hours say 5:30 PM. The same rude lady I spoke with last week, who was so unpleasant I didn't come in, was just as nasty today. She walked away from me after I told her what I needed, snatched my glasses, and then stayed in the back even after she could hear me get off an important phone call. It was a juvenile attempt to punish me for making her wait. The entire reason for my visit was to get a new pair of glasses because the film on my current pair is peeling. My eye exam was recent, and I did not need another one. However, she rudely insisted that I needed a new exam due to a "new system" and refused to help me with the new glasses. To top it all off, she became even more rude because my voice is raspy from a cold. I will never return to this place. The customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced.

Last year's appointment was with Dr. Furman. Unfriendly/poor bedside manner. Last week with Dr. Tran. She was wonderful and informative. Nice place with friendly staff. I'll be back. Hopefully Dr. Tran will be there next year.
