I cannot imagine having a better experience for eye care anywhere else. From the moment I walked through the doors of Optic Gallery in Downtown Summerlin, I was impressed. Is it a beautiful office? Yes. But it was the entire focus of my eye care and the elevated quality of the staff that made the whole experience nothing less than excellent. The front desk staff, the assistants for Dr. Young, were professional, polite, efficient but had that warmth about them that made my appointment feel important. And Dr. Young is the kind of Doctor everyone should experience. He genuinely cared, listened to me, and addressed my questions and concerns regarding my eye health and vision needs. As a new patient, I felt valued. When my exam was over, I was able to order glasses and contacts. I usually dread finding “the right pair” of glasses, but I was so expertly guided that I knew I was in good, experienced hands (thank you, Jill). What a great experience in a gorgeous office.
