Optic Gallery Summerlin

Dr. Radtke is the best! She’s so personable and actually listens to me. Have been going here to OG Summerlin for a few years now and due to a change in insurance I had to go to a different company/doctor last year. So glad new insurance allows me to go back to OG Summerlin and see Dr. Radtke! You will not be disappointed. Upon making the appointment I am always informed of any copay I have and I have always been greeted by a pleasant front desk staff. I rarely have to wait long, I’m usually early and typically seen early as well! The office is super clean and although I haven’t bought glasses, only contacts their selection of frames is abundant and diverse! When I order my lenses they generally say 7-10 days and I don’t recall it ever taking that long, they usually come in earlier.

I had a wonderful experience at Optic Gallery! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Even though the office was busy, the staff remained professional, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, positive, and inviting, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Optic Gallery to anyone looking for excellent service and a great overall experience!

I especially want to recognize the two women who assisted me during my eye exam—their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire process comfortable and pleasant. I recently went in for my annual eye appointment, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had. Dr. Jordan and Adriana are absolutely amazing! Dr. Jordan took the time to thoroughly evaluate my vision and helped fit me for both glasses and contacts. He educated me about my vision and explained the best options for my needs in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choices. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how much time he spent answering my questions. Adriana is such a kind and helpful person. She even remembered me from my visit last year, which made me feel so welcomed. She was incredibly patient in helping me choose my glasses and shared valuable tips about wearing and caring for glasses that I had never learned in all my years of wearing them! She also taught me how to adjust to my new prescription and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. Her knowledge, experience, and exceptional customer service truly stand out. I also want to recognize the front desk receptionists. They are always sweet, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, I feel like family. Overall, the entire team provides outstanding care and customer service. Everyone takes the time to explain options clearly and genuinely wants the best for their patients. I always leave feeling well cared for and appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan, Adriana, and the entire office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a warm, welcoming experience!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Andrea!!! I have been so worried about my eyes. Almost in panic mode. I came in for a visit and not only did she verify that my eyes are perfectly healthy. She made me feel safe and confident I was worrying over nothing. She’s very precise in her diagnosis. I will never go anywhere else! Give her a try!!!
